Event Project Manager – Exhibitions & Events

📍 Dubai, UAE Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Event Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in the Dubai/UAE exhibition and events industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing exhibition booth projects from initial client enquiry through design, production, installation, execution and dismantling, while also developing client relationships, generating new business and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in exhibition, events, experiential marketing, or booth fabrication, preferably with strong experience in Dubai/UAE.
  • Proven experience managing exhibition booth projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong existing network of clients, suppliers, contractors and industry contacts in the UAE is highly preferred.
  • Strong sales and business development experience with a proven record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent client coordination, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai exhibition and events market.
  • UAE driving licence is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
